So one of my first to items was for "Other" (fly 2 flags on IJN ships), I could turn off the other 4 categories and just collect for that to unlock the flag bonus first, before focusing on the alternative camos. If I am interpreting this correctly, since there are different unlocks for each category, and since the container items are completely randomized, you can choose which parts to focus and unlock first by toggling the categories on or off and enabling or disabling certain items. The collection is broken into categories, and I noticed there is an interesting toggle switch on each page: "Collecting" and "Do Not Collect". So I decided to spend $3 to jump start the campaign collection since I'm almost more interested in the camo and flag options then the main reward, and I don't feel like waiting 2 months minimum to start the collection.
